  • Built a thought leader program at Aiven. Trained executives and other team members to act as Aiven's spokespersons.

  • Built a global PR agency network. I have onboarded agencies in the US, Europe, and Asia.

  • Supported Aiven’s executives in social media, events, and interviews. For example, drafting the narrative and script for the “Aiven x IVP – A Match Made at Slush” fireside talk and ideating and coordinating the Reddit AMA for Aiven’s CEO in 2021.

  • Created speaking and insight-sharing opportunities for NGP Capital’s Managing Partner around mobility and venture investing.

  • Positioned NGP Capital as a thought leader in the enterprise and mobility space by organizing their flagship event World of Connections in San Francisco. Planned all communications and marketing-related operations and created the look and feel together with the team. The event was full-booked with 300+ attendees, 50+ speakers, and three stages. and creating new leads – part of them turned into new investments and partnerships. Based on the feedback survey, 92% of the attendees would have recommended the event to an entrepreneur, and 96% said the speakers were excellent or good. The event resulted in partnerships with Maersk and Wipro for the next year. 

  • Produced founder-partner videos for NGP Capital. Work included scripting, interviewing, coordinating the video shoot, overseeing the final edits, and marketing the complete content.

  • Ideated and produced content for NGP Capital to position them at the forefront of technology. For example “The next revolution in AI? GPT-3 explained by our data scientist“ article was produced ad hoc in 2020 when the discussion about text-prediction algorithms started gaining momentum.

  • Built a media campaign for 4H Finland that encouraged children from 15 to 18 years old to start their businesses through 4H, learn new skills, and earn pocket money. The campaign was widely discussed in the media. During the campaign year, 83 new enterprises were established via 4H. The previous year, the number had been only 19.
